What's special about owning land in Peaky World?

-The owner of a land will have the following benefits:

• Daily, there's a chance of waking up with a Peaky egg on their land completely free.

• Only landowners will be able to buy in the ICO of theUtility token.

• Landowners will be the only ones who can harvest berries and create special potions, which are of great need for the game, thus being the only ones who will have this utility for free.

• The land owners will be able to give a scholarship to other players to generate resources on their land and then sell them on the marketplace.

• The owners are responsible for mining the utility token, with all mined tokens being distributed 95% towards the liquidity pool and the remaining 5% shared among all the landowners.

Earn money by working on your land.

Landowners will be the only ones in the game who can generate berries and potions for free. When a landowner harvests their berries or manufactures their potions, they have two options:

1. Keep everything for themselves and use it to play in their adventure.

2. Sell it in the marketplace.

For players who do not own land, the only way to get berries or potions will be through the marketplace, buying them from the landowners.

This system creates an incredible economic model for landowners.
